VENDOR REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR HITV 2025!
Vendor Information & Criteria
HitV25 Booth Space: $50 Vendor Time: 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Have at least one person to staff your booth at all times.
SET UP: Begins 10am on the day of the event.
TAKE DOWN: Begins 5pm on the day of the event. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their spaces completely before leaving the site for the day.
Vendors are welcome to stay longer and
Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and displays. (electricity & water not available).
· You will be assigned a 10’x10’ space on a designated spot on the Wortley YMCA lawns. The final site map will be emailed to you prior to October 25th 2024.
· Complete a Special Events Food Vendor form if you are serving food. Click here:

· There is a limited number of registrations available. They will be accepted while availability remains, and we reserve the right to decline your application due to taking the vendor line up in a different direction.
· All vendors must adhere to the above stated criteria.
· Payment is due upon registration confirmation. You will be contacted by email if you are a successful applicant.
· Once you have been confirmed to be a part of the event, payments by e-transfer can be sent to:
