Food Trucks!

Food Trucks Criteria

To participate, there is a $100 fee that supports HITV and you will be required to:

· Complete a Special Events Food Vendor form. Click here:

· Be responsible for set-up and clean-up of your area on the day of the event. Parking is on the Wortley YMCA parking lot. Enter from Marley Place only. Food trucks will be placed in order of appearance.

· You are required to stay until 7pm. Exiting the parking lot will NOT be safe until the end of the event.

· Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. All vendors must adhere to the above stated criteria. We reserve the right to decline your application due to taking the food truck convoy in a different direction.

· Payment is due upon registration confirmation. You will be contacted by email if you are a successful applicant.

· Once you have been confirmed to be a part of the event, payments by e-transfers can be sent to: wortleyhalloween@gmail.com
Cheques payable to: “Halloween in the Village” after registering below and mailed to: 341 Wortley Rd, London, ON, N6C 3R8
