The Parade!
Come get in the Start.ca Halloween Spirit, Wortley style with everything from super cute, to CrAzY scary, fun and easy to INCREDIBLY elaborate Halloween Costume and non-motorized floats! Everyone is welcome to come and watch from streetside, or if in costume, you can join the parade! No registration necessary, unless you want to be considered in the float or costume contest.
