Run of schedule 30 promos Sunday October 23rd to Saturday, October 29th. (event starts at 1pm Sat)
Short Morning Show Interviews Friday, October 28th to promote the event.
Live On Location afternoon broadcasts during the carnival, Saturday, October 29th at the Wortley YMCA grounds at 165 Elmwood Avenue East. (Two 15x15 areas provided for station tents to be put up. Power provided)
Occasional MC’ing of bandstand to introduce artists while on site.
3 Social Media posts (“Mark it in your calendar!” Oct 25th, “Pre or post interview" Friday morning, Oct 28th & “Join us!” day of event Saturday, October 29th.
The Virgin & Pure Country Sponsorship of the event on both websites.
Event included in e-blast sometime the week of October 17th to October 21st.

We invite you to help us celebrate London’s largest Halloween Event, the 12th annual Halloween In The Village Carnival and Parade in support of the London Children’s Hospital. This is a not-for-profit, FREE family-friendly event in beautiful Wortley Village, London, Ontario, helping to make Old South London a better place to work, live and play. Your sponsorship not only plays a vital role in this event coming together, we will work hard to support you in return and do what we can to help your business grow, connecting you with thousands of primarily homeowners and their families in Old South.
